This FREE session, delivered via lecture and a practical component, is designed to provide an insight into the concept of plyometrics and how to include them in a young athlete’s physical training program. The role of maximal strength and other key physical components shall be discussed in relation to appropriate progressions of plyometrics for these ages and stages.
